What plastic materials do we process?
Camcar Plastics Inc is capable to processes all thermoplastic materials, both engineering and commodity grades. We also work with all additives and colors including glass, carbon, talc, calcium, lubricate, wear resistant, anti-static, conductive, UV stable and other ground-breaking plastic materials.
How do you measure your plastic parts?
We have the standard measurement equipment most plastic injection molders use but we have state of the art measurement equipment most do not have. The IM7000 by Keyence A non-contact, visual measurement system and is programed to measure as many as 99 measurements in a second or two. This machine is very accurate and cannot be misled like other manual measurement equipment.
What plastic part records do you keep?
Camcar Plastics Inc is an ISO-9001-2015 registered company. We keep plastic part records including APQP, PPAP, Statistical process, measurement data, work instructions, visuals, lot numbering and material certifications. Every plastic part has a job file and all the records are retained in the job file.
